User A has a Delegate and they both receive User A's meeting requests. If
User A accepts the meeting and then if the Delegate opens the meeting request
afterwards, the request shows for the Delegate that it has already been
accepted. That is the behaviour one would expect.
However, if User A DECLINES the meeting and then if the Delegate opens the
meeting request, there is NO indication that the meeting has been cancelled.
All available options in the Delegates message have ACCEPT / DECLINE /
TENTATIVE all available.
Does anyone know if there is a way to have the Delegate's meeting request
updated with the Decline information like the Accept does, to prevent the
Delegate from trying to process? If anyone knows, I would be very greatful
for any information.
Thank you.
