Maintain Date On Form

I have field on my Form Orders form that requires the
user to enter the date of request delivery. The fiels is:
dteRequestDelivery. The users have requested that they
only enter this date once since they may be placing more
than one order on the same day and have not closed out of
the ordering form. How do I do this?

if you design a one-many relationship, the date should on
on one side table, are you doing this?
