How can I maintain a record of recurring events that have already occurred when I change or delete a recurring event?
Example: I'm changing a recurring meeting from Monday to Tuesday. I can easily create a new recurring event for Tuesday but need to discontinue the Monday event. If I delete the Monday recurring event Outlook deletes all instances, PAST and present of the event. I need to keep a history of my previous meetings but cannot figure out how to do this - I.e., delete all future instances of this recurring event but leave those that have occurred already.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
