On 5 Feb 2005 - when I first opened my Outlook 2003 software. I started
receiving an error message about the Business Contact Manger (BCM) and the
add-in 'Microsoft vba being in conflict opened - the error message stated
that BCM would closed because of the error. Outlook became frozen at this
point and when I closed out the error message. Outlook shut itself off – only
to reboot backup and the same cycle would start again. Outlook was unable to
even open up in the safe startup mode.
So I was stuck, until I found out that the BCM had a service pack and
installed it. This installation seems to have resolved the problem and my
Outlook is working, again (No information was lost.) However, I’m still
worried about the problem re-occurring - is it really fixed?
