Major problem with Track Changes

Hello,

I'm using Track Changes when editing simple Word text documents
(generally without graphics or tables). I typically make very extensive
changes. I'm experiencing a problem that has occurred in several
documents. Suddenly the document won't display in Print Layout view
beyond page X... if you try to scroll down beyond page X, view switches
to Normal and I'm moved to top of document. I can't find any evident
reason for this (e.g. some sort of format change at the problem point).
Nor can I find any solution: if I try to continue in Normal view, Track
Changes doesn't work. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Perhaps I'm just making too many changes in the document?

Many thanks - Ben

PS Another unrelated request: can anyone point me to a macro that
highlights all underlined text, or counts all underlined
words/characters? (underlined or bold or red or whatever)

If you have so many balloons that they won't fit in the allowed margin
space, Word will pile them up at the end. Presumably it is loath to show you
the extra pages that thus result (though it will print them). You might be
able to alleviate the problem by allowing more room for the balloons: on the
Track Changes tab of Tools | Options, yu can set the amount of space allowed
for balloons, either as an exact measurement or as a percentage of the page.
