make a database with PDF file

Hi there!!!
I try to make a Data-base with a PDF file for cover all my
file in digital image or PDF of Adove Acrobat 5.0

I have Windows XP and Access XP ,

1) One file have number and name, and produce a continue
file all week.. the file is cover to PDF used a scanner
and save with a part number..
so I need make this Job in access XP
the point is.. I'm need to sted-by-sted how make this Job..
