Make a directory from Access

I have a membership database setup in Access 2002. What
is the easiest way to produce a directory from this
information??

You don't mention what exactly you mean by directory.

However, normally, you use a report to report on information in your
database.

I would think he approach here is thus to start laying the data. Try making
a few with the wizard....

once you get a bit familiar with reports built by the wizard, you can start
creating your own. The process is somewhat similar to forms, and you can do
a lot in regards to your layout. It does take some practice and effot to get
good at this. You can't learn to play pool in one day...and the same goes
for ms-access
