Make a form in your C drive update public calendar

I created a custom form to update a public calendar. I
published this form to be accessed from the public
calendar folder. When I acess this form from the public
folder it updates the callendar correctly.

However If I copy the form to my desktop and create an
appointment from there it updates my Personal calendar. I
want it to update the public calendar. How do I do it?
