Make a phone call w/ Outlook I can hear the person, they can't hea

When I'm making a phone call using Outlook 2003, I can hear the person
talking to me, but they can't hear me. My microphone is plugged-in. I have a
Logitech headphone that I recently bought. What do I need to do in order for
the other person to hear me?

This is really a modem/microphone/headset/sound device setup problem, not
Outlook's. You should try Logitech Support. The temporary way around this
problem is to have Outlook dial the call, then you pick up the telephone
handset to talk and don't use the headset. You must have a compatible full
duplex modem and sound card to have this setup work.

but my computer came with a Half duplex modem.
