Do the following:

1. Log into PWA and navigate to the Project Center
2. Select the row headers for all ten of your projects
3. Click the Open button

The system will launch Microsoft Project Professional and will then create a
master project consisting of all ten projects as subprojects. Alternately,
you can open a blank project in Microsoft Project Professional, click
Insert - Project, and then select all ten projects. The first method if
obviously the simplest. Hope this helps.

Open PWA
Select the files you want in a single file
Then click the "Open" button in PWA.
MS Project will link the projects into one file, just like previous
functionality from MS Project 98 and 2000.
