Make access database from works wdb file

I have a data base in works wdb file format. I now have access 2003 and I would like to import the works file into access. I have not had any success. I read in knowledge base that I should save the file as a dbiv file. I did, and it still does not work. Can someone walk me through the process. I am new to access. Thank you

Output the data from Works as text file (delimited). Then import the text
file into ACCESS.

Hi Painterly,

Instead of using the dBase format, try saving from Works as an Excel or
CSV file and importing that into Excel.
