make activities in crm and tasks in outlook combined

Hi, my activities in CRM 3.0 and Outlook appears separately, how can i
combined it into one view i.e in either the Tasks view or Activities View. I
have my Outlook set to open to Outlook today, but the activities sent to me
by my colleagues does not appear in the Tasks lists.
