Make an e-form useable offline or off the web

How can I make a form on Infopath and then mail it as an attachment and let
the client fill in the details and then ask him to mail it back to me so that
I can just update my database either on excel or Access? That's a freakin
need right now can't take the pressure; I'll go mad without a solution!
