Make available the 2006 holidays for office outlook 2003

The holidays for the year 2006 are not available to add to office outlook
2003, actually for any of the office outlook. I have a laptop running office
xp and a desktop running office 2003. On both, when I go to add the holidays
all that happens is it adds the previous years holidays again, but none for
the 2006 year.
