make BCC disappear

how to make BCC item disappear from mail writing option? i tried olk11
policy, it can disable BCC funtion, but still leave BCC appearing on my
outlook2003 mail writing option.

I don't think you can without a customized form. Note that the policy only
disables the user interface item; not the function itself.

Thanks Roady,

I understand the function is not disabled and if user can modify registry,
there will be no control at all.

any tip to implement domain wide customeried form for outlook 2003?
