make Business Contact Manager available to other Office 2003 User.

I just bought Office 2003 and now find it doesn't have BCM, which I would be
pleased to purchase if it is available separately or as a replacement from my
outlook. Can't return software, although dealer said it included BCM,
because I opened it and installed it, then could not find BCN.
