Make button not printable

How can I make a button to be seen on page but not print with the rest of the
forms?

Only the buttons, not all the graphics! I found nothing to do this.

thanks

I'm not sure how it might affect the operation of the button - assuming
you're referring to a Command Button (Control Toolbox) - but you can try
this;

In Design Mode right-click the button to Format Control & set the Wrapping
Style to InLine with Text, OK out.

Leave the button selected, go to Format>Font, tick the box for Hidden.

Am not sure how this pans out in the long run, but it does seem to hold some
promise in the limited time I played with it. The limitation is that the
button has to be in a text line or table cell due to the InLine wrapping.

Since the command button has no 'visible' property this is the only thing I
can suggest. Someone may have a VBA solution, so continue to check back.

Please post back with your results.

Hi, this is a good solution but when I tried it, the button continue to
appears to printing. I foud that when I was in editing mode, the button was
invisible but when I pass on the use mode, the button reappear in the
printing! I will post my question in the programming area I think.

Thanks for your help
