Make certain fields unavailable if particular option button select

I have two option buttons followed by a selection of tick box statements. Is
there a way of making certain tick box statements unavailable/greyed out
depending on which option button is picked?

Yes. Follow these steps.

Right click on the controls that needs to be disabled.
Click Properties
Click on Display Tab
Click on Conditional Formatting Button
Click Add on Conditional Formatting Dialog box
Specify your condition.
Either hide the control or make it read-only.
