Make command button show new record

I have a form that is linked up to the tables. I turned off the
Navigation buttons. I put in a new command button that when clicked,
it opens up a new record. What is the code that is needed for this to
happen?

This is a report news group. You should have probably posted in a forms or
other "coding" news group.

If you "put in a new command button that when clicked, it opens up a new
record" then apparently you have the code in your form. If not, isn't there a
command button wizard that writes the code for you?
