Make custom Excel toolbar available to all users of a PC

I have created a custom Excel macro which I have attached to a button on a
custom toolbar. I would like to set up the custom toolbar on a PC so that all
users logging into that PC would automatically see that custom toolbar in
Excel. How do you accomplish that? Thanks for your help.

My suggestion is to open a new workbook, add code to create a Toolbar with
that button.

Save the file as an add-in and store it in a central folder where all users
can access it under Tools>Add-ins.
