In previous versions of Excel, when you have Options: Edit: Fixed Decimal
set, if a number then a decimal is typed (ex: "12."), the number in the cell
comes to "12.00". in Excel 2003 when "12." is typed and Fixed Decimal is set
to "2" the cell value will be "0.12". The old way seems to be the better way
to me.
