Make default value first in list

I have multiple combo boxes used for chooing options. I
have them set up so that when you make "Choice 1" Choice 2
requeries and gives you the new options in the combo box.
I would like to set this up so that the first option in
each combo box (aka the first record in the query) is the
default value. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Set the Default Value property of the combo to its ItemData(0) value.

For a combo named "Choice 1", the Default Value would be:
=[Choice 1].[ItemData](0)
