Make EXcel redo its font list

When Excel is first installed (Excel2004) it runs through the listing of
Fonts installed.

How does one "Make" Excel redo that list?

I've had a nagging problem where acrobat 7 won't create pdf's through
the Print menu (select Adobe PDF prin Driver). But will through
PDFMaker(7) or by using the MacOSX create PDF command within the print
menu.

Suspect the Printer list in Excel may be flaky and want to rebuild it.
