Make exe first or Split BE/FE first?

To avoid different version of Access or some users who do not have Access, I
will like to use EXE instead.

If I also will like to split my project to BE/FE? Which one step should I
do first?
Is both BE and FE need to make EXE???

I am trying to let those users who do not have Access can use this program.
In early 2000, it is so called SDK. But I heard Office 2000 Premium can also
do it for us. What is your suggestion?

The article at the URL below talks about the Access 2003 Developer
Extensions. While there are changes in the details since Access 2000, the
general concept of what the product is and what it does are still relevant.
This product and its predecessors for earlier versions of Access allow you
deploy an Access solution to users who do not have retail Access, but as
Doug says they does not make an Access application into an executable.

Dear Brendan:

I use Office 2000 Developer to make the "autoinstallation" file
successfully. But I still can see the program will call "MS ACCESS". When
I make the autoinstallation package, I only use the "front end"mdb, and use
bat to include user group to open the file. Should I bypass this one to
avoid opening the Access?

You're missing the point of what Brendan & I have been trying to tell you.

You cannot convert an Access application into a stand-alone executable.

Office 2000 Developer will let you package your application along with a
royalty-free run-time version of Access. Users who don't have Access
installed will be able to install the run-time and use your application.
What is installed is the same msaccess.exe that the "full" version of Access
uses, but the ability to make design changes to MDBs is disabled by
literally hundreds of registry entries. No change whatsoever is made to your
Access application.
