Make Frontpage Default web publishing tool

Please help.

I have used Macromedia Flash for a while before I installed Frontpage to
take advantage of its easier tool for building forms. But now I'm unable to
run Flash files because Frontpage is now installed as the primary web
publishing tool.

I am trying to disable this function. Please help.
