Make it EASY to include domain name (only) in blocked spam list.

EASY Add sender's domain to banned list

In OL3K, it is now quite difficult to add a domain name to the spam exclusion
list. It would be nice to right-click for Junk Mail and select "Add sender's
DOMAIN to banned list" or something like that. I get over 200 spam daily,
many from domains I do not want to see. Thanks.
