Ok, ex-GW users want posted notes. If you don't know what I mean,
here is an image that I found via google:

See the notes over to the right? They are associated with the
particular day. Very handy, not an all day event that spans the day,
not a busy event at a given time.
In GW, you share one calendar and people note days off, etc.
Anyone using a 3rd party equivalent in Outlook/Exchange? We are using
Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 (if that matters).
