Make it possible to share calendars w/o micrsoft exchange

When I called the microsoft sales dept. they told me I would be able to share
my bossed calendar. I guess he forgot to tell me that I had to buy another
program to go with it. It is just the two of us in the business, but he is
mobile and I am in the office and it does not make since to spend hundreds of
dollars to share one calendar.

Thank you for you help. I quess we will try the e-mail system as long as he
does not schedule any appointments himself. As fars as third party software,
that is another expense that we were not looking to invest in right now. I
hope Microsoft gets enough complaints and adds this feature back into there
programs for the REAL Small Business that could use this feature. Not the one
they consider 50 or less employees.
