Make JPG from PUB file

I want to embed a flyer made with Publisher into a web page. I don't
want the HTML that Publisher produces. Is there a way to convert a PUB
file into a JPG which can be used as an inline frame?

Create a "JPG printer" and you can make JPG or TIFF files from any
Windows program.
