Make MS Office 2007 Like Office 2003 and better define commands

looking for help on symbols and text for commands in word, excel, etc. ie,
the "print" command should show a symbol and the text "print"...not just the
symbol. Most symbols are too vague.

So, how do you set this up "easily" for each Microsoft command. It is now
more confusing than ever before....

I have found a partial solution to the 2003 & 2007 commands after 10 hours
searching.
