Make MS Word Tools/AutoCorrect & AutoText files easily portable.

Microsoft Word has AutoText and AutoCorrect facility files which are very
difficult to port when there is need to change into new computer due to old
computers depreciation and replacement.

AutoText file allows self-developed word suggestions appear on the screen so
that office staff do not need to type entire word but can accept the
suggestion by Enter. All words in a common dictionary should be put on
AutoText, and as soon as there is no alternatives left suggestion for the
rest of word would appear on screen.

AutoCorrect allows self-developed corrections or abbreviations to be
replaced by the full word and useful in business when special abbreviation
are constantly used.

These are not difficult to port. They are relatively easy. However, you do
need to know how. See http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for
step-by-step instructions on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up
customizations including AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments,
toolbars, macros, etc.
