To make a navigation tab like what you see at PayPal's site, you need to
create the tabs as gif images and just place them on each page that
corespond to the tabs. It is a very long process because you can't use
share borders on this process. Basically what you are doing is creating
each page with its own corresponding tab. When you add a hyperlink to
the image one each page, the page that is opened will have the tab that
correspond with it on top while all the other tabs are in the
background. You can see this with PayPal when you click on any of their
tabs. You should notice that as the page is loading you can see the tab
loads then all the other tabs load, then a color bar loads to make it
looks like it is part of the tab.
