Make non-printing text in Word tables?

Hi,

Using Word 2000 SP3, W2KPro.

I've created a Word Report form with tables, designed to be filled in on the screen, then printed, not saved.

Is there a way to create text which will give on-screen help to users, but that text will not print?

Thanks!

You can format the instructions as Hidden (in the Format > Font
dialog); in the Tools > Options dialog, check the box for "Hidden
text" on the View tab and clear the box for "Hidden text" on the Print
tab.

Another method is to put the instructions in a text box; then in the
Tools > Options dialog, check the box for "Drawings" on the View tab
and clear the box for "Drawing objects" on the Print tab. This works
only if there aren't any other pictures or graphic objects in the
document.

Thank you, Jay! The first method works best for me, since I have graphics to print.
This is just great.

I'm learning that designing forms is very complicated, and this is excluding the use of VB, macros, etc.
