Make Objects the same size

Hello,
How can I make for example all the computer objects the same size in the
document, without manually doing it, which would never come out correctly?

Use the "Size and Position" window. In Visio 2003, View->Size and Position
Window. You can select multiple shapes and then set the width, height, X,Y,
angle and pin position
