make oe default when sending pictures

I use oe and need to send pictures regularly. I would either send from My
Pictures or other files, or straight from my camera memory card. I select the
pics and use Wizard, but Outlook format of e-mail comes up......I want oe
format here. Any advice would be apreciated

The application is sending to whatever is currently defined as the
default MAPI client - and, for you, that happens to be Outlook. If
you want OE to be the default mail client, use the options within OE
or use the Internet Options -> Programs tab.
