Make Outlook (2003) reuse window for IE

Hey y'all,
I'm trying to find a way to make Outlook reuse a certain window (be it
Outlook Today or the preview pane) and open a web page right there
when I click on a hyperlink, instead of spawning a new IE
instance/window. Any ideas?

Forgot to add: IE is already set to "Reuse windows for launching
shortcuts", but this option seems to be ignored in Outlook 2003.
