make Outlook 2007 look like previous Outlooks?

Is there any way to change the overall "look-n-feel" of Outlook 2007? I
noticed that it is possible to change the "color scheme"
(blue/black/silver), but if possible I would like it to look like (any)
older version of Outlook. As it is, it is one of the ugliest computer
programs I've ever seen.
