Make Outlook a real contact & task manager

You should have call logging & timekeeping that can be connected to a phone
set.
You should have task timekeeping that is downloadable to various bookeeping
programs.

The whole reason for Outlook's existance is to be able to use outlook to
make money, ie contacts & time spent, task monitoring & billing,

Do you know of a means to create such functionality into Outlook?
