Make Outlook pst file available offline..

Hi,

I would like to use my notebook's Outlook both when connected to the server
at the office and when disconnected from the network at home. I have my
Outlook message folder/file in my Home directory on the server.

However windows refuses to syncronize these files despite that the whole
home folder is marked as 'Make available offline'.

Does it exist any workaround ? How can I safely use Outlook both online and
offline?
