Make Paste values default...

Hi

Is there a way, when a user selects 'paste', to make Paste text (i.e. no
formatting) as the default for a worksheet?

I've got a problem when the users are copying/pasting data from MS Wrod and
taking the formatting with them, messing up my pretty work.

Boo-hoo.
