make pasted images larger

When I paste an image I've copied to the clip-board from Word into Visio and
try to resize it (larger), its shape gets distorted - usually the bottom gets
cut off. I'm resizing by grabbing the lower right corner and dragging outward.

A couple things to try here:
1. Make sure that only the image itself is copied and not anything else
from the Word document (including spaces).
2. When you paste into Visio, use "Edit>Paste Special..." instead of
"Edit>Paste" and try to paste in as a different type.
