Make Picture size fit into OLE Bound Object Frame

I am using version 2003. I have linked BMP pictures that don't fit into the
size of the Bound Object Frame (field) on the form. The size is about 2" x
2". Instead I see a very small picture with the the file name below it. I
would like the picture to size to fit the field and when I double click the
picture, the picture would show in it's large format in a new window. Any
suggestions would be helpful.
