Make random animations posible to customize

When random transtion or random custimazation is a great feature it would be
better if you could customize which effects it chooses from because there are
certain effects that you might not want to occure like the credit effect.

I think I could figure out how to do this but this will not be practicle for
most. I still say it would be nice for it to be built in feature in the next
version.
