make selection of combo box required

I have a main form called f001ProjectReview and a CONTINUOUS subform called
f011ProjKeyMilestones (ProjectID is key)

In the subform f011ProjKeyMilestones there is a combobox called
KeyMilestonesSubID

source is a list of milestones (MS1, MS2, MS3, MS4)

Is it possible to make only MS2 and MS4 required? If so how.
I need to make sure these two milestones are entered for every ProjectID
