Make Smart Tags ('Actions,' etc.) in Office editable.

It would be a very nice feature if Smart Tags were editable, or even new ones
created, without having to go into System Registry (I'd imagine that'swhere
it can be done—I haven't tried yet). I would like to be able to create my
own to cover certain things related to my college courses & papers.

Actually, SmartTags are programmed in a language that can create an ActiveX DLL,
such as Visual Basic or C#. The only thing the Registry does is register the DLL
so that the Office applications sees that it's there.
