Make Stencils Read-Only

Hi all

I am using Visio 2003 Active X Control in my application using VB.NET.

There is an issue that if I dropped any shape back from drawing to
stencil in Shapes window it gives the following message.

"The stencil is opening read-only. Would you like to edit the
stencil, so that the operation can be completed?"

I don't want that it add any external shape from drawing and only
allows to drop shapes from stencil to drawing not back from drawing to
stencil

Is there any way to prevent it by making stencil read-only and also
disable Edit Stencil option by right clicking on stencil in shapes
window

Thanks a lot.

One simple way might be to set the stencil's file property into read-only.
However, it issues 2 dialogs.
Another way might be to make msi fille that install the stencil in the Visio
regular folder. It might be done by using Visio solution publishing tool in
the Visio2003 SDK.
