HOW CAN I CREATE AN PRIMERY INDEXED TABLE WIT MAKE TABLE
QUERY?

IS THER ANY VAY TO HANDELE IT?

The Query will not create the Primary Index.

Instead of a Make Table, can you already have the table made, then run a
delete and then an append query, instead?
