Make text form field refer to earlier form field

I have a supplier agreement form template that makes eight references to
the state in which the supplier is located. Right now, these are entered
into eight separate text form fields so that the same state name has to be
typed eight different times. Is there a way to make the last seven fields
simply reference the value of the first, so that the state only has to be
entered once?
