Make the UI seamless across all products in Office 2007.

I have noticed from the Live demo of Office 2007 that Outlook and Publisher
do not have the new UI (Ribbon.) After all the work done to keep Office
products interfaces seamless, along with the UI change in Windows, why in the
world would you make the UI different within Office???

http://blogs.msdn.com/jensenh - this blog is proving to be very popular - if
you search its archives, you will see the reason for Outlook main Window not
using the new UI but each item you open does. It has to do with the
existing complexity of the main Outlook window. Maybe next time.

As I stated in another thread - there was so much work to be down on the new
interface that Microsoft focused on the four most commonly used
applications.
