MAKE THE WINDOWS ICONS (MINIMIZE,PAGESIZE,CLOSE) BIGGER IN OFFICE

Even in 1280 X 800 resolution, the standard windows icons (in light blue) are
hard to see and hit. Make them dark blue, bolder and larger...especially for
those wearing glasses.

Do it yourself - change your icon values under Windows appearance tab.
